GYMNASIUM
The gym is equipped with state of the art equipment and facilities.
A unique personally- adapted exercise programme is made up after considering each trainee's goals and needs.
The individual training programmes can achieve various objectives:
· Relief of back pains, dealing with posture- related problems and osteoporosis
· Weight-loss
· Pre-army draft fitness
· Fitness for adults
Qualified instructors are present at all times in the gym, and are at the disposal of the trainees. A special emphasis is put on a personal and professional approach.
All the activities take place under the supervision of Ram Akunes (Phd.), who specializes in physiology, sports and education.
Opening hours
Sundays through Thursdays: From 06:30 a.m. until 22:00 p.m.
Fridays: From 06:30 a.m. until 18:00 p.m.
